Remove unused dependencies

This plugin defines dependencies that it does not appear to use. At least one of these dependencies (that mysql driver) has a known vulnerability: CVE-2019-2692

Many of these dependencies have equivalents that are provided by Openfire, which should remove the need to bundle them with the plugin.
