When you need to have voice to text transcription, you need to go in OF console, change the following, and refresh browsers

It would be nice if from within a conference we could enable or disable voice to text transcription. This should be possible for the room owner if this option is activated within the OF/Padé console

Could be very helpful to capture some voice to text slices of some call and stop it not to send data outside when needed
