extension default hot keys conflict with windows text manipulation shortcuts

Ctrl + Shift + arrow keys to select whole words at a time no longer functions with extension, as the extension's hotkeys for 'increase/decrease video speed' overwrites. suggest different default hotkey of [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [<] or [>] for extension.

disregard, was using two extensions at the same time like a nonce, a lesser extension dared to use such foolish shortcuts, not this one.
