Include iheiddown Quarto templates

Quarto is the new cross-language publishing system built on Pandoc which will supersede Rmd-based documents this summer. Languages that are currently supported include Python, R, Julia, and Observable (for JS data visualization). As pointed out here Quarto will be formally announced at the end of July 2022.
What does this mean for {iheiddown}? From what I gathered following the project over the past few months, it is not yet possible to include custom templates within it although this is on the horizon for its full release in July as mentioned here. The only thing we could do at this point is to port the SCSS template for IHEID to Quarto presentations.
I'll keep an eye out for any relevant updates and will report them back here.
Good to see this on the horizon, though I think we should only switch when we can offer a mature set of options to users.
