Data deposit - form doesn't match the right XML tag

Hello,

In the new Data deposit functionality, the user will fill in a form to complete the XML metadata.
The mapping between the form and the generated XML isn't correct for 3 XML tags.

timePrd and collDate are switched in the XML
Form_data_collection
XML_data_collection

For the Access Authority, which is part of the tag dataAccs and should go in contact, the text doesn't fit in any XML tag.
