This repository contains the code chiofv which implements a way to visualize the solution of electrostatic plasma instabilities. The physics and algorithms are documented in detail in ionarbitrary.pdf, and the code is copiously commented. It should compile on any linux system by typing make at the command line. Help can then be obtained by $ ./chiofv -h Examples showing the input file syntax can be found in various files in the inputfiles directory.
