Add/update bios for Team page on website

The current bios lack consistency across the team and are possibly outdated.

A few considerations:

  • Having a basic, standardised format will help visitors to better understand roles and functions
  • Some bios currently state varying information e.g. roles such as Software Engineer; work experience, personal interests etc
  • Length and tone vary
  • All have clear, hi-res photos

Suggest having a simple, consistent template across team members

Thanks @BobyMCbobs - I'm thinking keeping it brief and light but professional; format for instance:

  • Name and role
  • Brief description of work
  • Summary of experience
  • Something cool/funny/random, e.g.:

"Frank Johnson, a seasoned Software Engineer, specializes in crafting scalable backend solutions and boasts a decade of expertise. He's adept at project leadership, architecture design, and holds a quirky talent for juggling while reciting 100 digits of pi."

I think short and sweet with the same prompts is good. I feel like this could be a half hour task for everyone to write up their bio from those prompts into this ticket maybe and then we can adjust the content after. I wouldn't wanna overthink it.
