https://github.com/iiab/iiab-factory/blob/master/box/generic/secure-accounts.sh still uses xsce-admin as user. Also, I think the copying of support keys is now done in the iiab install; I guess it is to root there and iiab-admin here.

rather than a pi user ubuntu 20.04 creates an ubuntu user. a password change is forced.
