Missing variable 'Emissions|CO2|Energy|Demand|Residential and Commercial' for multiple scenarios

The variable Emissions|CO2|Energy|Demand|Residential and Commercial was mistakenly dropped during migration for SSP, CD-LINKS and LED projects.
This data is required to generate Table 4.A.1, in the Supplementary Material of Chapter 4. The error during migration does not affect any figures or tables printed in the SR15.

The migration of these variables will be included in release 1.1.
