Add ember-lts-3.20 to ember-try test matrix

Now that ember-container-query uses v3.21, let's ensure that the addon supports v3.20 LTS.

Why and how 💬

ember-container-query uses the ember-try addon and a GitHub Actions workflow to test itself against various Ember versions. As a result, you will need to update 2 files:

• config/ember-try.js
• .github/workflows/ci.yml

Additional context ➕

If you're unsure how to update config/ember-try.js, I suggest running ember addon hello-world (to see what Ember CLI would generate for a new addon) or reviewing ember-cli#9308.
