after 24 hours the download is stuck around 70%
stats.snapshot.fetched_bytes is 398GiB
so it has downloaded the contents 398/45.88 = 8.67 times
but is stuck at 70% ... whats wrong here?
after pause and resume, the download continues
and stats.snapshot.fetched_bytes is 1.2GiB
seems like this counter was reset by pausing
some time later, the download is complete
and stats.snapshot.fetched_bytes is 13GiB
which is the missing 30% - ok
qbittorrent downloads this torrent without problems
some content files have non-ascii filenames
but i dont think this is the problem
because it works after restarting the torrent
