Support for 32bit ARM

Hi
I was searching for torrent clients in Rust for raspberrypi 1 b+ model and found this interesting tool.
Sad that it doesn't have support for 32bit ARM arch. I made it work for 32bit ARM arch and currently it's working on my Raspberrypi 1 b+ device.
Let me know if you are accepting PRs, I can just drop it.
