GCVideo DVI uses the XC3S200A, which is now obsolete. There is no direct replacement: https://mm.digikey.com/Volume0/opasdata/d220001/medias/docus/5783/XCN23009.pdf

The situation is even worse: Both consoles that GCVideo are intended for have been obsolete for years with no direct replacements. I guess it's time to just delete the repository then.
