Prevalence report

Create this report.

• It should show incidences of a given disease (positive test result over time).
• This can (should) be presented in the form of a graph.

I think these are exactly like TAT reports only we are interested in exclusively positive test results e.g. positive mps test indicate Malaria prevalence.

Will we need a mapping table for test result and ailment signified???
