Add a privacy policy

Since we're collecting names and emails (and maybe stories), we should have the seed of a privacy policy.

I'd prefer this to be linked just below the form, and either open a popover or a new page (styled like the home page).

Login with Amazon (another option for the app) requires a privacy policy link.
