Stuck on Loading Custom Content Screen

I've installed BepInEx (v5.4.21) and I'm thinking I've installed the mod correctly, because there's a RavenM ID at the bottom left corner of the screen, but when I start up the game, it's stuck on the loading custom content screen.
Is Steam running? Does the Steam show that you play Ravenfield? Send the log file Ravenfield\BepInEx\LogOutput.log
I recently reset my computer, the internet is too slow to download steam and ravenfield, so I backed up the game files and I'm using those files. So I'm not running it from steam.
