Some Web-UI options are broken

Using Web-UI on the master branch to submit queries, the following options seem
not to work properly:
- Print parsed expressions
- Print rewritten expressions
- Print logical plan
Selecting any of the above options does not show the corresponding output. They
were working Ok, before; so it seems some (recent) commit broke them.
("Print optimized logical plan", "Print Hyracks job", "Execute query" are
working fine)

I am using revision 4a9a7d9981cea8a109d33d9d6f89645ceefd2041 , and I see it.
