Add flag to remove sensitive attributes during conversion

During piloting it is useful to convert slides to DICOM and remove all attributes that make the identifiable. I therefore suggest a functionality that adds a flag:

wsidicomizer --de-identify

That removes or replaces all attributes listed in the "Basic Application Level Confidentiality Profile": https://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/html/part15.html#sect_E.2

There is a is fixed in v0.1.1. This feature should be expanded in future releases.
