Piemenu minor glitches

A few more polishing / "nice to have" fixes...
- Pressing Z outside the 3D viewport prints an error message in
show_debug_draw_pie_menu
becauseoverlay_control
is null. - If you press Z to open piemenu then Z again, the menu disappears but remains active until you click the mouse.
It would be nice to match Blender's UI. I think it has 4 ways to select a pie menu command:
- Press Z, then keyboard shortcut
- Press Z, move mouse, click
- Press Z, move mouse, press Z again
- Hold Z, move mouse, release Z
