telnet error: 'Device refused connection to port 8090!'

I've used the mobiledevice tunnel 8080 8090, and then used the suggested telnet localhost 8080.

But the mobiledevice window shows:

Got new client!
Device refused connection to port 8090!

and the telnet window shows:

~ ➤ telnet localhost 8080                                                                     
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.

Did I miss setting something? Waiting for your help, Thank you!
