The extension does not filter content

As far as I can see, the extension does not filter the content, on the one hand it mixes the content of the FoF Discussion Language (Although that's not important since in fact with the "Any Language" option it would do exactly that), and on the other hand, and more importantly, it only shows the content that is subject to approval (usually spam).
