The bar charts within the status report use the likert values as chart labels. Why don't they use likert labels if available? If there isn't a good reason, change the behaviour.

Question is, how to approach this?

  1. Do all the questions have labels?
  2. How many labels do they have? Do they require at least 2 each?
  3. If we decide to do this, do we skip those questions without labels?
  4. Perhaps this can be a checkable setting.
