Export tool does not export custom fields

Using the custom-fields-plugin.php as modified for a custom "Comments" field. Field shows up in donation details and email tag is available and working. However, when trying to export donations using the Donation Export tool, the custom field is not available.

Steps to Reproduce:
Make the needed modifications to the plugin
Upload and activate the plugin
Put the newly added template tag in an outbound email
Submit a donation with information in the custom field created
Export a CSV, notice that none of the info is in it nor is the field selectable in Export Donations page
Veiw the outbound email and see the information from the custom field

This works if a specific form is selected vs All Forms.
