Readme needs full property support list

There is currently no place to find out what properties that cssFx will cover, this ruins it for me. If there's a list somewhere please point me to it and I'll gladly add the list myself.

I'm currently working on rewriting the docs entirely along with including such a list, but until that's done, you can see the properties that cssFx prefixes in the source at https://github.com/imsky/cssFx/blob/master/cssfx.js#L75
