Verification state for a contact changes unexpected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start an OTR connection with a new contact (no OTR fingerprint available)
2. Exchange fingerprints
3. Verify fingerprint manually
4. Contact then verifies my fingerprint
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After verification of contact’s fingerprint I see a popup / inline message
confirming that it is verified. The OTR symbol shows blue color. After the
contact verified MY fingerprint, as soon as he clicks on „authenticate“, I
get the following OTR messages:
„OTR encrypted session with '[my name]' is now using a NOT VERIFIED
fingerprint“
„MirOTR Warning SMP failed“
And then the verification state has been switched indeed to unverified. The
status icon shows green color (unverified), in the contact list it is marked as
unverified, and coming connections will ask me again to verify.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Miranda 0.9.2, MirOTR 0.9.1.1
Please provide any additional information below.
The contact is using Portable Pidgin 2.7.

This is a result of my incomplete SMP implementation. This will be fixed when
in the process of SMP implementation.
