Upgrade to django-leaflet 0.7

It would be good to upgrade to django-leaflet 0.7 and the latest version of leaflet however there are a couple breaking change to take of to do the upgrade. See the changelog here at the bottom of the page: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-leaflet/0.7.0
