Open source fp-ts-training tracking issue

🎯 Goal

We want to open-source our fp-ts-training material as a learning ressource for the community at large. In order to do so, we need to take care of some of the rough edges of this repository, as well as provide a few quality of life improvement, both for consumers of the training, but also for potential future contributors that would like to add new exercises to the mix.
