CSS issues with INBOmd::gitbook for an INBOmd report

@ThierryO a reminder of the issue that we discussed via chat.

I noticed some problems when using INBOmd::gitbook for a INBOmd report:

  • not enough white space before and after headers
  • not enough white space between lines of headers that span multiple lines
  • missing "Edit button" when github-repo was added to the YAML

The first two are probably problems with the CSS.
The latter I don't know.

This was encountered using the latest INBOmd version (0.5.1) installed via github. The strange thing is that the official example does not have these problems.
An example that illustrates these problems can be seen here (restricted access). The font also looks a bit different.

Can you check #92 to see if that solves the problems?
