The file df_timeseries.tsv is located outside the R package ~/git/alien-species-portal/data/df_timeseries.tsv and not tracked via GIT. It can be retrieved by running the script https://github.com/trias-project/indicators/blob/master/src/05_occurrence_indicators_preprocessing.Rmd Dependency data source + description (Zenodo): https://zenodo.org/record/4299976#.YsV4QtJBxhF

The data at spatial level 1km x 1km are summarized using the R function alienSpecies::createTimeseries() which writes to the file full_timeseries.csv
