site_merge_by allow merging on multiple columns

Sometimes we do not have one unique identifier for a row, but rather a combination of variables that is unique. In that case, it would be helpful if all these variables could be passed to site_merge_by.

Not sure if this possible. Maybe changes to vegan are needed to make this work...
