Workflow A: store data in GDrive

Referring to the googlesheet + workflow scheme: store data, flagged as 'workflow A', in GDrive using the standard data directory structure (see readme). To be done at least for the urgent files (listed beneath).

The prerequisite, of course, is that the checksums of these files comply with the authorative source (otherwise, files have changed and reproducibility is probably harmed).
