[BUG] wildschade error followed by timeout with no species selected

Describe the bug
While testing the wildschade page of 1be4e3c (final commit from #440) I get the following error:

followed by a timeout.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. goto 'faunabeheer.inbo.be'
  2. goto 'wildschade'
  3. select any species
  4. select all type schade
  5. select all Gewas schade
  6. select all Voertuig schade
  7. delete species
  8. wait a while
  9. see error

Expected behavior
No timeout occurs

Additional context
Occurs in PRD also.
