Use one IPT for several organisations

In ipt.inbo.be for example, several publishing organisations are registered. When repatriating data through the IPT, the Atlas (VBP) can't distinguish one organisation from another.
It would be nice if this would be possible.
Although I have the idea that we can still change this manually.
