Allow linking to a Google Drive with certificates

- Process images and extract information from files.
- Store links to original files along with some hash?
- Don't process files that have already been processed.
- Save the Google Drive links so that they can be updated with new data even for future events.
Switch to Fly.io if DB size is a problem on Heroku
