Registrations end-point requires special privileges on Ultimate Central

To be able to work with the app, developers need an access token that has admin rights or is an event co-ordinator on Ultimate Central. This makes it very hard for developers to work on the app. May be provide a dummy response when no access tokens are available with the developer?
