Don't rely on LFS

Git LFS has been disabled on the organization indic-dict because you’ve exceeded your data plan by at least 150%. Please purchase additional data packs to cover your bandwidth and storage usage:

Bandwidth: 1.58 GB / 1 GB (158%)
Storage: 0.11 GB / 1 GB (11%)
@drdhaval2785 can you remove the LFS thing here please? Github Action runs are failing for that reason and I need to add and build a new dict. Just use one of the temp solutions we were considering.
