👋 I didn't see a release for Python 3.11, and didn't see an open or closed issue, so here I am 😄

I'm a pants user and would like to package my apps for Python 3.11 or 3.12.
Currently I have to use multiple resolves (lockfiles) to handle this. It impacts other parts of the toolchain.
May I kindly ask for an update to this issue? I'm mainly interested whether there's a specific reason why Python 3.11 or 3.12 would not work or whether it just hasn't been addressed yet. Thanks

Would also benefit from this for code requiring python 3.11 or greater. Is this currently blocked by anything?
