Tag Not Found!

I get the 404 page when I try to view some tags that I have created. I thought this was related to encoding of tags (and possible discrepancy between URL and body encoding), but I can still get to a tag such as:

http://demo.todo.sixfeetup.com/tags/%3Ctesttag%3E

However, some of my more unique tags are failing to come up when clicked from the tag or task page.
