Success to compile APK file but failed to execute.

I use following commands in windows 11, powershell:

and I can find the apk file in ./target/debug/apk, while it cannot be executed. Strange.

Which error you see?
What is your device cpu architecture?
Have you tried adb logcat to view android logs?
