Add SmartModule examples into CI

At minimum we need 2 SmartModule examples that we can use for any interface that supports them

  • 1 hub hosted SmartModule
  • 1 smdk compiled SmartModule

Add to CI to test against

  • Fluvio CLI
  • Rust consumer
  • Python consumer

and for the compiled Smartmodule, test against the smdk CLI as well
