[Suggestion] Add a "Combo box" to allow multiple user actions on selected key or string

The next screenshots are comming from my site module.

Before J4 reformat issues related mainly with the "xx-XX." tag this module was used as complemet of com_localise:

• "Focused only to the translation task", without access to the administration required, when the TTMs are more than "me alone" colaborating with the es-ES translations matters (we are 4 persons now).
• All other stuff, than require access to the administaration zone, was handled by com_localise (initialise new core files, handle en-GB files sets, copyrights and headers, set right versions, download the package, etc, etc).

After that J4 format changes:

• com_localise at J3 can't handle new J4 files format, and no com_localise for J4 ready some moths ago.
• And then i "refactorised" my module to keep "alive" be allowed to also handle J4 language files from my J3 site.

But in a very hardcoded and dirty mode to be able to:

• Initialise new core files
• Get in dirty mode from a Crowdin pack (or other external source pack) to detect what is changed there versus our translation task (and approve it or not key by key from my Joomla 3 site).
• Download in dirty mode only the ini files
• Edit in dirty raw mode the files to translate due 'parsing errors' was present.

... too much dirty... so, some time ago (from the "crash") i start working also in a new version for J4, but with no more "hardcoded" (and of course no dirty), if i am able to avoid it: now is not ready to use.

Almost all that one is working by ajax call, from the site and the module within an article (my first ajax atempt i think, some time ago).

All this one is explained due now not all the code is rightly added and if after you see the images ask me to "show me the module due i wanna test it..", please, send me by forum the desired mail i can send it to you, due i am actualy using it at my translation site and it can not be publicly shared in this moment XD

The idea about add a "Combo box" is due if after take a look to the images you wanna we try to add one or more than one of them, i suggest add that combobox first (now we only use the "revert" action at com_localise) and then study how to include the "selected feature" you like to add on com_localise.

This one is a very basic "translated task controller"

Only the "changed text" are out of the combo box: check it is also "auto save the string". To avoid first check as revised and then also need to save the string.

There i am using a "save one by one key" combined with the "Progress bar" at the top.

com_localise handle "unchanged" cases and there are handled "special cases", now "JHELP" is out.. but the TTMs are not able to translate "special cases" if first i check them as "special" read-only cases.

Sure i forguet some other news but this one is mainly what actually can to do, but, for example, if i have in mind add the "Create plural case" action i think is easy add to that already integrated at html output of the combo box a new element to the list than allow run that action and also we are always pointing directly to the key or string we wanna apply one of that "user actions"
