Try to votekick a player that is logged in as trusted or has been trusted by an admin.

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>

The votekick should not be initiated because the player is trusted. Instead, a votekick is started on the player.

It seems like you can't initiate a votekick against an administrator, but you can votekick a trusted player.
