cannot list your own repos with github enterprise

With github enterprise, the api doesn't work the same for your user vs others -- it is user/repos instead of users/$yourname/repos (IMO, a fault in the API or enterprise implementation.) This doesn't seem to be a problem with api.github.com even with --use-auth.
