Allow the user to immediately execute the next step of starting or ending a match

Currently, when starting a round, each step of the process is executed with a specific delay. It should be possible to skip these delays.

For example:
If a new match is started and no further action is taken, the dashboard switches to the next scene in OBS, displays the scoreboard after a couple seconds and finally displays the casters.

If a match is started, the scene has been changed and the scoreboard has been shown, the user can now choose to execute the next step of the process (displaying casters) immediately.

When ending a match, the scoreboard is hidden and the the scene is changed. After the scoreboard has been hidden, it should be possible to force the dashboard to change scenes without any further delay.
