in order to complete the basic encoding types of genes - see issue #2 - a genotype implementation for tree encoding shall be added.

As expierenced with issue #2, #6 and #8 such traits for the encoding type might not serve any purpose.
So the traits defining the encoding types are currently not used and if there is no purpose in having them I will remove them at some point.
