In @rstrangh's presentation about the topic he explicitly talks about ROCA:

ROCA subset of SCS

Should that be the case on the website as well?

I think it is only a recommendation and not a requirement.

Please stick to English as we intend to turn this into a public repo.

In my view, ROCA is a great idea, but not a requirement within an SCS. If integration between SCSs is performed at the UI level, it should be according to Web principles (links, redirects, transclusion).

FAQ: We believe ROCA is a good approach for web
front ends for SCS because that approach makes it easy to combine UIs
from several SCSs to one. You could also have one SPA per SCS — but
that means changing from one SCS/SPA to another one loads another
application and you cannot easily share parts of the SPA/SCS in other
SPA/SCS.
