API is described inside the app. You can access it when running iQvoc with /apidoc (e.g. http://try.iqvoc.net/apidoc/). Please note that further iQvoc extensions (see https://github.com/innoq/iqvoc#related-projects) extend the API when plugged in. Sorry for delayed answer.
