Add new function to do if (null) then return (value) else return (other value)

No steps, this is an enhancement gathered from a client site for those who
are not comfortable with Javascript syntax coming from another development
environment, or not programmers at all.

John, could you go ahead and add this function. BTW, the project has moved to
the new Eclipse Labs site. All your old links should get forwarded to the new
site, but you will need to refresh your SVN access.

Added Coalesce function in git commit db13157
