Not login after installation, both 0.6.1 and 0.7.1

After successfully install when trying to login first time, it saying
"Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: user (path: D:\xampp\tmp) in D:\xampp\htdocs\inoERP-master\inoerp_server\includes\general_class\class_ino_session.inc on line 294"
I am using xampp with php 7.1. How could I resolve this? Please Help me.
