stuck on cardano node starting

every time when I try to run the app by yarn dev
app is stuck on starting cardano
what I did to fix the error :
I delete this folder
/home/ubuntu/.local/share/Daedalues/mainnet/chain/
but some time it work and some time not working .
also I am using rts flag but still not working .
